Tailor your resume to each job in 10 minutes

Match your resume to a job description honestly, so recruiters see the relevant experience first.

Why it works

Many employers screen resumes for relevant skills. Tailoring highlights what you already have; it never means inventing.

Step by step

  1. Compare.

Here's a job description and my resume. List the top 8 skills they want and whether my resume shows each one clearly. Job: [PASTE]. Resume: [PASTE]

Fill in the [brackets] with your details before you send.

  2. Rewrite bullets.

Rewrite my 5 most relevant bullets to lead with results and use the job's language, without adding anything that isn't true.
  3. Cover note.

Write a 120-word cover note connecting my strongest two experiences to their biggest need.

Replace anything in [BRACKETS] with your details. Works with most AI chat assistants. The ChatGPT and Claude buttons open a new chat with the prompt already typed in, and you press send. Gemini doesn't accept pre-filled links, so its button copies the prompt for you to paste. For steps 2 and later, paste into the same chat you started so the AI keeps the context.
